We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business growth by securing high-value, complex software deals with large-scale enterprise clients.
This role focuses on expanding our presence in Europe and Africa, targeting organizations with multi-billion-pound revenues and sophisticated technology infrastructures.
With a strategic, relationship-driven approach, you will engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders, navigating complex decision-making structures and ensuring long-term partnerships. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to lead major software sales, with deals often reaching £10M+ TCV and spanning multiple years.
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Strategic Business Development – Identify, engage, and secure enterprise clients outside the UK & Ireland, focusing on Europe and Africa.
πΉ Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
πΉ Enterprise Sales Leadership – Lead bid processes, structuring high-value, complex pricing models and delivering strategic proposals.
πΉ Collaboration & Team Leadership – Work closely with solution architects, professional services teams, and senior leadership to ensure seamless delivery.
πΉ Revenue & P&L Ownership – Take full accountability for licensing revenue, services margin, and customer satisfaction.
πΉ Consultative Approach – Drive value-based conversations, leveraging expertise in CRM, digital transformation, billing, and credit solutions.
πΉ Market Expansion – Support business growth by opening new regions and establishing a strong presence in new markets.
