The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Client Solutions to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions for utility clients.
This is a leadership role where you will leverage your expertise in utilities, technology, and business transformation to guide clients through their digital and cloud technology journey.
You will engage directly with C-level executives, senior management, and key decision-makers, leading discussions on technology roadmaps, cleantech solutions, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that secure new business and drive market expansion.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive leaders, articulating the value and transformation benefits of our solutions.
Strategic Pre-Sales Leadership:
Oversee bid management, presales activities, workshops, demos, and RFP responses, ensuring a winning approach.
Solution Development: Design tailored business and technology propositions, aligning with client needs and industry trends.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing Client Solutions team, fostering development and excellence.
Product & Innovation Influence: Collaborate with internal Product and Management teams to shape our solution roadmap.
Sustainability Commitment: Champion environmental and social responsibility initiatives, integrating sustainable practices into solutions.
Who You Are
✔ Experienced in Utilities: Background in retail utility businesses (UK or Europe) at an executive or senior level. ✔ Sales & Business Development Savvy: Proven track record in complex enterprise sales within utility Billing, CRM, MDM, or similar domains.
✔ Strategic Thinker: Deep understanding of business operations, transformation, and customer-centric solutions.
✔ Technology-Driven: Passionate about how cloud, digital, and CRM technologies drive industry evolution.
✔ Strong Communicator & Leader: Excellent at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and leading teams.
