We’re recruiting a UI / UX Designer to assist with the development and execution of our in-house marketing strategies, and our external clients across the UK.

In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team of 8 to optimise both internal and external websites for our clients, improving the customer journey, and increasing conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and launching websites based on original artwork by the design team or independently;
• Create high-quality digital content including wireframes, prototypes and mock ups;
• Full end-to-end process on design concepts;
• Create persuasive designs based on user experience research;
• Responsible for UX best practice strategy;
• Writing clean and well-structured and commented code;
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to turn opportunities into working solutions;
• Maintaining new and existing websites across the business;
• Graphic design for branded company internal documents;
• Assisting on design/technical projects where necessary.

Experience Required:

• HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, with Javascript a bonus;
• Knowledge of programs such as XD/Figma or similar;
• Version control software e.g. Github;
• IDE/CE use, Visual Studio / Code preferred;
• Proficient in the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.
