Our client is a dynamic and growing global company that provides essential products and service to their clients. As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Advisor to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline.

Role Overview: As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads to support our sales team. You will leverage various channels and strategies to identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven and proactive individual to contribute to our growth and make a direct impact on our sales success.


  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile.
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with leads and introduce our products/services.
  • Educate and nurture leads through effective communication and tailored messaging to generate interest and qualify their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.


  • Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with potential customers effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving sales success.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Full-time permanent role with generous base salary up to £25K + £60K OTE (uncapped). Monday – Friday, operational hours are between 08:00 – 20:00, 1 in 4 Saturdays is required (20% increase in salary for the day and a day off in the following week).
