We are looking for a Head of Telesales to drive the on-going success and future growth.  

Your role will be to manage and drive the performance of our telemarketing function, which involves individual team managers and telesales consultants. 

Accountable for driving strategy and increasing headcount, you will also take ownership of department budgets and managing incentives. Alongside this you will also ensure we maintain the excellent service standards our clients expect. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a team of 60 Telemarketing agents and 4 Salesfloor Managers
  • Liaise with the Head of Business Development to ensure a smooth transition of booking appointments resulting in deals.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures and MI.
  • Responsible for all Interviews and hiring and headcount churn 
  • Responsible for all Telesales performance management and career pathways 
  • Responsible for yearly telesales targets & KPIs
  • To optimise all campaigns and data sources with the campaign manager and ensure all campaign conversions are best in class 
  • To optimise efficiency and build a best-in-class call centre operation. 
  • To manage workforce planning and ensure we have staff coverage daily
  • To introduce fresh incentives to motivate and drive the team.
  • To manage all HR and people in the telesales department
