First Response Claims Taker – FNOL

Wage: £19,000 – £23,000 DOE

Days: Monday – Friday (no weekends)

Hours: 8 hour shift to be picked by yourself between 7am and 7pm.

Job description

Our client requires hard working individuals to speak to clients who have been involved in non-fault Road Traffic Accidents. There is no cold calling, these are all based on warm leads.

Required Skills:

Accurately recording accident details, accident circumstances and details of all parties involved. Taking details of vehicle damage, and of any personal injury suffered as a result of the accident. Experience of taking motor claims is required as well as an understanding of credit hire.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with recoding information on a case management system. In particular experience of using proclaim would be an advantage.

You must have good keyboard skills and the ability to show empathy whilst speaking clients who have recently been involved in an accident.

This is an office based role.
