Our client is a professional and dedicated law firm with a growing legal team focused on help clients within Contentious Probate, Housing Disrepair Claims, Personal Injury and Medical/Cosmetic/Dental Negligence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor with 2 years PQE/experience within Clinical & Dental Negligence to join a fast-growing firm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will join the Clinical & Dental Negligence department and will deal with a varies caseload.

• Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years OL/EL/PL experience
• Extensive knowledge of OL/EL/PL work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
• Experience of handling claims arising from OL/EL/PL accidents
• Excellent client care
• Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
