Senior Product Manager – International Payments
My client are a fast-growing fintech on a mission to make global payments seamless for businesses of all sizes. Their platform supports instant multi-currency payments, accounts, and cards, integrating with accounting and payroll systems for industries including travel, lending, and merchant services.
They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch and scaling of our FX and multi-currency proposition. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, work closely with engineering teams, manage banking and supplier relationships, and define pricing, packaging, and integration strategies. This is a technical, hands-on role combining delivery execution with strategic roadmap ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FX and multi-currency services.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and MVP to launch and scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, write user stories, and prioritise backlog items.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and suppliers for API integrations, FX rates, and contracts.
• Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Optimise pricing and propositions for multiple client use cases.
• Maintain documentation, product specifications, and performance reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy to maximise adoption, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in FX, multi-currency, or payments product management.
• Hands-on experience with engineering teams and full-stack delivery.
• Knowledge of banking and payments infrastructure, API integrations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing supplier or banking relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience optimising pricing and propositions across multiple use cases is a plus.
