Our client are a diverse company producing tailored sales training to leading brands in specialised and regulated industries. They are looking for a new Sales Trainer due to growth, to help provide engaging training to their clients and provide strong sales advisors.

To drive and positively influence the performance of the sales teams, through the design and delivery of a bespoke training and development plan, covering all aspects of the sales roles.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our clients team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales-training, and will be able to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs that will help entry-level sales advisors understand the fundamentals and tactics to help them start their careers by hitting the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate sales advisors
• Assess the needs of incoming sales advisors with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs
• Deliver training programs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales training
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
