In this permanent role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload of RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims, from inception to settlement or litigation. Preferred Requirements:

• Adept at handling RTA claims from start to finish, including submitting claims on official injury claims portals and the MOJ Portal.
• Skilled in instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate records and case documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Experienced in issuing court proceedings and managing other aspects of litigation.
• Driven to meet performance targets and contribute to the firm’s overall success.

• Relevant legal experience, preferably in the field of personal injury or RTA claims.
