🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Handling residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion

Drafting and negotiating residential leases, ensuring client objectives are met

Advising on residential management issues, including lease extensions and enfranchisement

Acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions
✅ About You:

A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE in residential property

Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach

A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail
