We are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join our dynamic team.
Salary c£35k dependent on experience.
About the Role:
They will support our busy conveyancing department, handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property/conveyancing
- Good understanding of the sale and purchase process
- Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms
- Good understanding of AML requirement
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to acting for companies would be an advantage
