Residential Property Assistant

Some of your key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Support the Conveyancing Team by managing files and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate progression of matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts such as estate agents and solicitors.
  • Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Handle routine and complex client enquiries professionally, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including completion statements, accounts, and correspondence.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property administration or residential conveyancing is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
