Some of your key responsibilities will consist of:
- Support the Conveyancing Team by managing files and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate progression of matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts such as estate agents and solicitors.
- Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Handle routine and complex client enquiries professionally, maintaining high standards of service.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including completion statements, accounts, and correspondence.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in property administration or residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Proficient IT skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
