This is the perfect opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Property Executive with a strong background in fee earning to join a well established property team.

Some of your key responsibilities will consist of:

• Running a varied and dynamic caseload
• Handling routine and complex client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Contributing to the department’s growth by helping expand the client base and promoting the firm’s services through business development and networking
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Addressing client concerns promptly and thoroughly to ensure satisfaction

Preferred Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Property Executive with proven fee earning experience
• Experience in Residential Property matters for private clients, including work with commercial and corporate clients in the residential property space
• Excellent organisational ability, with a focus on managing deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client and third-party relationships
• Willingness to engage with new opportunities and represent the firm at professional events
• Strong team skills and sound technical knowledge
