Job Title: Residential Conveyancer [Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer]

Salary: up to £45,000 [dependant on experience]

The firm has plans to continue its growth and expanding its presence in the midlands market. The scope of services by their focused teams includes corporate and commercial services, commercial and residential property, employment, dispute resolution, debt & insolvency, licensing and gambling law, family law, PI, immigration law, Private client – wills, trusts and probate.
Role Description
You will have between 2 – 3 Years PQE and have experience managing your own caseload of sale & purchase conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion
You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer [Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer] with the ability to managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales matters. You will be comfortable looking after clients and third parties delivering exceptional client care skills within prompt timescales.
