Role: Licensed Conveyancer 4 PQE

Location: Lancashire

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000

Our client is a regional law firm with a number of firms across Lancashire with a strong reputation in the market working with national and international clients. Having continued growth surpassing 100+ legal professionals their expansion continues within the Residential Conveyancing department. 

The Residential Property Team are requiring an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a diverse caseload and take on more technical conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold houses/flats, shared ownership and new build properties, both purchasing and selling.

• The successful qualified candidate will have 4 PQE as a Licensed Conveyancer/Property Solicitor/FCILEX 
• Experienced within Residential Conveyancing matters, sale & purchase, freehold & leasehold properties, unregistered land, transfers of equity, re-mortgages etc. 
• You will be capable and confident within complex and technical conveyancing matters
• Have a highly proactive approach to client care and communication. 
• Hybrid working available
