Accurately record and maintain all relevant documentation and correspondence related to credit hire claims,
ensuring that files are up-to-date and compliant with data protection regulations.
Investigate and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the claims process, negotiating settlements and
making informed decisions to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
Gather all evidence, including witness statements, photographs, and relevant documentation, to support the
