Private Client Solicitor – Wills & Probate | Permanent Role

This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, while also contributing to the development and success of a high-performing legal team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney matters

• Advise clients on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation, and asset protection strategies

• Draft, review, and manage legal documentation with precision and attention to detail

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while maintaining the highest standards of client care

• Provide a quality service that meets departmental targets and supports the firm’s broader goals

• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development

• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to drive growth

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor, ideally with a strong background in Wills & Probate

• Proven expertise in Will and Trust drafting, estate administration, and advising on complex private client matters

• A client-focused approach with the ability to deliver clear, compassionate, and practical advice
