Preferred Requirements:

• Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments
• Draft and edit client correspondence, pleadings, and other court documents
• Liaise with clients, defendants’ legal representatives, and other third parties
• Proofread legal documents and perform administrative duties on assigned claims
• Engage in alternative dispute resolutions, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Law degree (LLB, MSc) and a working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and the Commercial Court Guide
• Proven experience in commercial and/or High Court litigation
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
