you’ll be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial court cases, collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional legal services. Preferred Requirements:
- Conduct comprehensive research, draft pleadings, and prepare court submissions to support our clients’ cases
- Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and settlement negotiations, to achieve favourable outcomes
- Attend trials and hearings alongside our experienced legal counsel, gaining valuable courtroom experience
- Assist team leaders by taking on a range of legal tasks, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Maintain excellent client relationships, addressing queries and concerns with a friendly, professional approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a law degree (LLB or MSc) and a thorough understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Commercial Court Guide
- Demonstrate proven experience in commercial and/or High Court litigation, with a strong track record of success
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a flexible approach to thrive in a dynamic environment
