Preferred Requirements:
- Expertise in advising both employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and redundancy, TUPE and restructuring, and Employment Tribunal litigation
- Proficiency in drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload and contribute to the continued growth of our employment law offering in the region
- Strong communication and client-facing skills to build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for business development and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of post-qualification experience as an Employment Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ILEX)
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and a track record of successful outcomes
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to the success of our growing team
