Conveyancing Solicitor

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + bonus

Contract type: Permanent, full time

Location: Manchester office 2 days per week, Bury office 3 days per week

Working week: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week

Our client are expanding, and they are on the lookout for a new Conveyancing solicitor to join their busy residential department.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience post-qualification.
• Be confident in working independently on transactions (sales, purchases and re-mortgages) from start to finish on both freehold and leasehold properties.
• Have excellent client care skills, prioritising customer satisfaction.
• Be professional, maintaining good relationships with colleagues and external companies.
• Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Have an ability to work efficiently and accurately to the highest standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
