About the Role
As Compliance Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining the compliance framework, ensuring policies and processes are not only robust but also promote continuous improvement. Your role will include:
- Policy Development: Writing and implementing comprehensive compliance policies that align with regulatory requirements and the company’s objectives.
- ISO 27001 Oversight: Managing and maintaining certification processes, ensuring compliance with information security standards.
- Quality Assurance: Upholding and developing quality assurance measures to improve operational excellence.
- Training: Providing training and guidance to ensure teams across the organization understand and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Regulatory Expertise: Applying your experience within FCA, SRA, or equivalent environments to oversee adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role.
- A strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards and certification processes.
