Job Description: Our client are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of commercial property matters, providing expert advice and legal services to their diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property contracts and documentation.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients on a range of property-related issues.
- Work closely with other departments to provide integrated services to our clients.
- Participate in business development activities to help grow the client base and develop professional relationships.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years of PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong understanding of commercial property law and practice.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a large caseload independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships.
Desirable:
- Local market knowledge and experience in the Stoke on Trent area.
