A leading specialist property law firm in East London is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join their thriving team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of commercial property matters, working with high-calibre clients in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Landlord and Tenant work, including drafting and negotiating commercial leases

Handling commercial sales and purchases from start to finish

Advising on development work, including planning and construction issues

Acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions
✅ About You:

A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE in commercial property

Experience managing your own caseload, with the ability to work independently and efficiently

Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach

An enthusiastic team player with a detail-oriented mindset
