Client Services Administrator

£22,060 basic + yearly salary increases

 

You’ll be responsible for providing effective communications between customers and clients, whilst adhering to company policy/procedures to ensure the Company complies with appropriate regulatory requirements. 

 

The role entails handling raised customer or client queries in a timely manner according to pre-arranged service level agreements. Letter writing skills are a must to issue good quality bespoke responses to our customers, following client responses to raised queries. A successful candidate will also follow up on any outstanding queries using relevant management reports.

You’ll also handle any inbound calls from clients and transfer accordingly to the relevant department. In doing so getting to know many people throughout the business and have a good understanding of other departmental roles.
