Software Sales Consultant – Manchester City Centre
£25,500 + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £65,000+)
Start Date: 5th January 2026
Considering: telesales, lead generation, telephony sales, door 2 door sales etc.

As a Sales Consultant you will be able to target any small to medium business, in any industry, giving you a big pool of potential business to generate. The key is having the confidence to pick up the phone and create conversations and book consultations.
You’ll have a clear pathway guaranteeing you success from the moment you join us.
- Start as a Graduate Software Sales Consultant (starting salary £25,500 basic)
- Progress to Senior Sales Consultant (salary increase to 26,000 basic)
- Finish on Software Sales Partner (salary increase to £27,000 basic)
From here you’ll be given the chance to then move into our skilled BDM closing team!

Not only will you receive consistent basic salary increases, we are also recognised as an employer that has the best commission structure in the industry. Realistic OTE in Year 1 sits at £65,000, although we have top performers hitting £80,000. In Year 2 you should be on your way into a 6 figure salary, with our Partners and BDMs earning up to £250,000 per year.
