Billings & Credit Control – Manchester City Centre

Up to £31,000 basic salary

Hours: 9AM – 5PM (No lates or weekends)

Are you confident with numbers, invoices and making sure money ends up where it should be? We’re looking for someone with experience in billing, invoicing, and credit control to join our successful team!

This role is all about supporting our busy repair network – making sure garages, third parties, and clients are invoiced correctly, payments are chased and processed, reconcile large incoming payments and general credit control.

We assist customers who have been in accidents with the claims, repair and hire car process. We help customers get their vehicles back on the roads, and where you come into it is making sure we are paid properly, as well as our suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process repair invoices in line with agreed SLAs and internal processes
• Validate and reconcile charges to ensure they match agreed pricing and authorisations
• Liaise with repair garages and other suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Respond to billing queries from both internal and external stakeholders
• Accurately update systems with billing data
• Manage a mailbox and daily task list
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards
• Working closely with the wider team to spot and fix any billing issues
