Title: Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Reporting to: Head of Corporate
Salary: Salary dependant on experience
Location: Congleton / Macclesfield office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the conduct and completion of corporate deals and projects from inception to conclusion.
- Creating and generating fee income from existing clients of the firm, introducers and network contacts
- Active within business development, being a brand ambassador for potential clients and new business
- Supervision of other fee earning colleagues within the team
- Attending clients both in person and on the telephone to provide support in a highly professional and personable manner
- Managing the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management system.
- Managing files including the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
- Conduct of matters on behalf of clients accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures
- Ensuring proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing and cash collection in line with agreed targets unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Experience & Education
- Corporate experience – minimum 5yrs PQE
