Travel Sales Advisor

Chester (hybrid & fully remote working available)

£23,200 – £30,000 basic depending on exp + OTE = £50,000+ per year

Start Dates: February & March 2025

 

The key to life is always having a holiday booked, so our client’s team of Travel Sales Advisors make the magic happen for their customers, understanding their travel needs and putting together the perfect holiday packages.

 

With over 600,000 customers in the UK built up over the last 10 years, our client is a market leader for holidays including cruises, luxury travel, Asia specialists, package holidays, and last minute deals. Their services range from flights, hotels, airport parking, lounges and car rental – the full works!

 

This is a warm leads only sales role, responding to calls and online enquiries.

 

You don’t need to go out and generate sales, the customers will come to you with plenty of leads available for the team to go through each day.

 

You’ll match holidays to customer needs, handle objections, cover prices, and close sales.

 

You’ll be responsible for your customers from start to finish, building relationships and making their holiday dreams come true. This tends to mean customers will return to you again in the future, boast about and recommend you to their friends, and leave positive reviews – all bringing you in additional business.

 

A bubbly, chatty and friendly personality is the key to success in this role, as through effective questioning you’ll be able to match a holiday to their needs.

4 day working weeks:

9AM – 8:30PM 3 days per week, and 1 weekend day 9AM – 5PM.

What do we need from you?

 

We would be keen to speak with anyone who has worked in the travel industry previously.

If you have worked in hotels, as holiday reps, on cruise ships, in travel shops or contact centres this could be the next step for you.

 

We are now recruiting for February 2025 start dates.

 

Please note: for remote, or hybrid workers full 2 weeks training needs to be attended in the office.
