Retention Manager
Manchester (Office Based)
£32.5K – £37.5K DOE + £20K Bonus + Excellent Benefits | OTE £52.5K – £57.5K
We are looking for a commercially minded Retention Manager to join a growing client management function. This role is ideal for someone with a background in retention, renewals, or account management who is ready to lead a team and drive results.
The Role:
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of Relationship Executives
- Oversee client renewals and retention targets
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved
- Coach and develop team members through regular reviews and training
- Support with client and broker meetings to maximise retention and upsell opportunities
- Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and results
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a team leader or management role
- Commercially driven with strong client retention experience
- Clear and adaptable communication skills
- Strong track record of achieving KPIs and targets
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
