BDR – PhiX Technologies
Base Salary: £35,000–£40,000
OTE: £50,000–£55,000
Location: Remote (with occasional UK and EU travel)
Overview
We’re looking for a B2B, target-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with a proven track record in business development – ideally across both services and software. The right person is a self-starter who can work independently to generate qualified leads, both through ongoing campaigns and self-sourced outreach.
You’ll have clear monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, and ideally some experience with sales skills training.
Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads across the UK and EU (ideally across Salesforce services)

Work towards monthly KPIs, including:

x5 new pipeline leads per month (£1m+ total value)

x2 qualified opportunities per month (£500k each / £6m annually)

Attend monthly events

Share 2+ posts/month on LinkedIn

Collaborate with marketing (e.g. Dhrumi) on targeted campaigns and LinkedIn content

Call customers post-webinar to follow up on content and interest
-
Reach out to install base data (UKI, US, etc.)

Use tools like Lusha Tech to identify Salesforce cloud users (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

Conduct daily outreach (min. x10/day) to new AE contacts per geography
Experience Required

B2B lead generation experience

Strong track record in outreach and qualifying leads

UK & Ireland market knowledge (Nordics/EU is a bonus)

Experience managing lead flow from source > proposition > qualification

Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (advantageous)

CRM housekeeping and reporting (Salesforce)

Understanding of SAAS/software/services sectors

Industry exposure to Manufacturing, High Tech, Healthcare/Life Sciences, or Finance

BDR will generate a range of portfolio leads (SPIFF, Agentforce, Advisory Services from £70k+)

75% based on pro-rata conversion of £2m in qualified deals
